Hi Mark,
please check your installation directory. There should be a BotDatabase.sdf file. If it isn't there, you have to install the Bot correctly. If you are using the Console version, make sure that you copied all files. It's definitly in all relevant Release versions.
Also download the latest version. I've improved the Database handling.
